3.5 stars. Quick review because it's been a few weeks since I finished this one- I had heard about this book because the author had been in the news for writing it in a tire shop, which sounded funny and was the premise of this book. This was my first book by this author and it was pretty entertaining and original. I found this book cute and funny, but also very light. I didn't feel a ton of depth or emotion. Still, I enjoyed it in general. The book does end at 81%. I will probably try this author again in the future.

Nope nope nope nope that’s me done this book feels like it should come with a warning label for fat shaming/phobic comments and eating disorders. The comments from Kate I’d expect more from a book written in 2004 not 2018 the fact that it’s been edited out of the kindle edition and not the audiobook is weird why one and not the other. I don’t think we went a full chapter in her PoV without her mentioning being fat or even fat children and the fact her and her friend seemed to constantly be making the serious topics lightly, she even faints after not eating all day and she still calls herself fat because she was hungry and enjoying her meal that the guy got her and compared it to kids running away from fat camp I’m only like 16% in at its this fucked up

It was cute. Good buffer between intense thrillers
fast-paced

This was such a fun read! I read it pretty quickly. I loved both characters
