Despite being a Millennial, I actually found this book not as useful as some of the other Personal Finance books I have read. However there are some things I would love to highlight about this gem! First of all the Author is right there are a lot of millennials with financial problems and before I got my life turned around I found myself nodding and saying that was me. While I knew some things already this book affirmed and helped remind me of some things I’ll be sure to instill moving forward. So if you love personal finance books this is a solid read, but don’t rely on just one book!

>50% of the book is irrelevant to me because I don't live in US and thankfully don't have consumer debt or student loan. So although it's a good book I feel like my time was wasted.

recommend if you are a young millennial in debt or just beginning your money journey looking for a relatable read, as someone with a control on their finances currently not very interesting or challenging

Helpful introduction to personal finance, but it tries a little too hard to "speak to millennials" and pretty much just speaks to folks who come from the middle-class.

Maybe this book is better for the person who has absolutely zero understanding of money. If you’ve ever read another personal finance book, probably skip this one. Highly geared towards the American, middle class and not all that useful to any other nationalities.
