I would've loved the book if it wasn't so forcibly vague.

Yes, it's supposed to be from a 9 year olds point of view, but i find some things hard to believe.
I would think that a 9 y/o german child would know how to pronounce Auschwitz after one year of living there. Or how to pronounce "Führer" (leader), especially after he visited them.

this was so sad and even more sad is the fact that it was so real. i really enjoyed the story i just wished the writing was less simple and i'd prefer it if it was told by bruno and from his pov only.
