I do not think traditional stories told in graphic novel form are for me. This dealt with some interesting family issues and relationship dynamics, but it was hard for me to understand the emotions that were being expressed by the characters. Because of the format, I felt that I was not able to know the characters well, and thought that the character development seemed forced. But again, I think that is just from my dislike of the genre.

I really loved the portrayal of a bi main character & the journey of being unlabeled. Art style wasn’t for me but great romance rec for teens!
