What worked: Rhys and Sadie were likable characters who had lives outside of each other- at the beginning of the book, at least- and quite a lot of chemistry. Oliver and Liam were cute, too. I loved Rhys’ parents’ relationship, and there were some good moments between him and his dad that I really enjoyed.

What didn’t: I wasn’t really a fan of the back and forth, hot and cold between the main couple that was going on for a while. Sometimes that’s fun, but in this it usually just seemed random. It also felt like both of their personalities changed so much so quickly and Rhys’ possessiveness of Sadie was somewhat heavy-handed.

Unsteady by Peyton Corinne is an absolute masterpiece. I truly could not put this book down! What a heartfelt and emotional journey from start to finish. Do men like Rhys Koteskiy actually exist in real life?! If so, someone please let me know what I need to do to find one. His patience, gentleness, and understanding were just perfection!

Sadie was such an amazing and strong character. I absolutely felt for her as she struggled under the weight of so many responsibilities. Her journey was so real, and I loved seeing her grow and find her strength.

The side characters—oh my gosh, they were all fascinating, and I’m especially hooked on Ro and Freddie’s story. You bet I'm diving straight into the next book straight away.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a deeply emotional, romantic, and unforgettable read.

OBSESSED!! my amazing friend matilda is obsessed with this series and recommended it to me and im so so glad she did!! i ate this book up!! i was hooked from the start and it was the perfect book to pick me up properly from my reading slump!!

i am obsessed with rhys, the way he cared for not just sadie but her brothers as well! the way he treated them from the get go was so sweet and the way he stuck by sadie as well!! i’m inlove with his whole personality and character and the way he was written!!

i also loved sadie!! there was times were she annoyed me slightly but at the end of the day she’s just a girl in a very difficult decision and i see myself in her a lot!! we also love a head strong fmc!!

overall i adored this book and its characters!! it gave me major collide/spiral series vibes and also reminded me of shannon and johnny in a very distant universe lmao!! 4.25 stars⭐️
