Hacía mucho tiempo que quería empezar a leer cazadores de sombras. Vi la película hace mucho y también veía la serie, sabía que los libros eran bastante diferentes y que serían mejores. A pesar de eso, debo decir que me sorprendió que me sorprendiera (valga la redundancia) en algunas partes y que a pesar de que más o menos me sé la historia me tuviera tan enganchada.

Not as good as the clockwork series so far. Writing is a bit different. I do think these books will improve tho. I love jaces banter and like him and Clary as characters. I'm imagining the cast from the movie when I read since I watched it first.

If you’re into YA fantasy with a little bit of romance you might really like this book.
This books is really a hit or miss, some people love it and other hate it. I thought it was a fun, entertaining read. It introduced you to the shadowhunter world and the storyline was very adventurous and fun, I have to say that it got really slow at certain point and then in other chapters you can’t put it down.
