We finally got Ryan's book and it was so good! Him and Queenie were just amazing together and now I just want more Pucked-landia, which we'll be getting more of later this year! Also side note, seeing Violet be an awesome mom was so heartwarming. Especially from where she started and all.
Trigger Warnings: verbal abuse

A secret for a secret

I loved king and queenie so much. I loved king in the last book and loved him even more in this one. I liked that queenie brought out a different side of him and helped him not be so reserved. Queenie certainly had a lot of drama surrounding her but I loved how well they fit together. There was a lot going on for both of them. Another great book by Helena hunting!

It’s no secret (too punny? Sorry I couldn't resist) that I’m obsessed with this series from @helenahunting and this book was no exception. When @emmyloves_books posted that it was Read Now on Netgalley I dropped everything to grab my copy. This book was everything I needed to get me out of the slight reading funk I’d been in. •
I love how Shippy and Stevie were mixed into the story, and the Seattle crew really feels like it’s starting to gel the way the Chicago Pucked crew did. We also got more Violet…. Which lets be honest everyone really needs in their life, and those adorable twins of hers Lavender and River, yep they totally stole the show. Based on what we know about Kingston from his friendship with Shippy, you’d kind of expert this to be a boring book. He’s a pretty straight laced guy, that doesn’t get into much trouble. But you would be totally wrong. There is some serious

Brilliant

Absolutely adored King & Queenie. They complement one another so well. Never figured straight-laced Ryan to be such a dirty talker. Loved everything about their story!

After the first book in this series, I was unsure about it. But these past two books have been SO GOOD! Kingston really is the most perfect boyfriend, he is the boy you bring home to meet your parents! Him and Queenie balance each other out so well, his put together life style with her craziness is perfect!

This series feels like it's happening in real time because the NHL team that the boys are in, is also a new team that is just starting out this year in real life!

If you're looking for a hockey romance series, would definitely recommend this one!!

Kingston and Queenie are so cute together. Total opposites but that works for them. He’s a follow the rules, milk drinking hockey player, she’s a wild one with some past issues. Loved their stories and how they fit together. Kingston is what Queenie needed to help her not believe everything some have told her.
