Wow this was such a great read! Both Gemma and Zach endured so much in their life yet they only moved forward. Well Gemma needed a little push but Zach is so raw and real. Adored this story and can’t wait for my next Kandi read.

This was such a sweet read. I cannot fathom being in the position Gemma found herself in in the beginning of the book and I just love how so many things came full circle! Also Zach is

Y'all this was my first and hopefully not my last sports romance. Kandi Steiner writes excellent books. The dialogue in this book made me laugh so much. It was hard to put down. Seriously, @Netflix I have your next hit Rom-Com waiting. This is just the book for fall.
The Wrong Game by Kandi Steiner was a cute read. Very predictable… but cute. Im not the biggest fan of the “I’ve been hurt in the past so now I don’t trust anyone and refuse to let someone get close to me” troupe. So this book wasn’t really my cup of tea. But it was very well written.
Besides the trope, my only other complaint about the book is that the MMC is portrayed as this manly, macho guy but he acts like a 15 year old girl 90% of the time. Im all for a guy expressing his feelings and being in love… but it was just a little too over the top for me.
Overall, I give The Wrong Game by Kandi Steiner a 2.5/5⭐️
