This book was an absolute blast that I was somehow able to tear through in less than two days. It's been a while since I read a good contemporary romance, so I can wholeheartedly say that I am thrilled that I read this one on a whim.

The Fiancee Farce is the fake dating trope that we all dream about, but one that always seem to be so far from our grasp. It is equal parts ridiculous, fun, and full of heart. It has all the makings of a cheesy romcom - the bigger than life friends, the evil family members, the high stakes, but told in such a way that makes you root for characters and brings them to life.

Thank you so much to NetGalley and Avon for the free e-ARC in exchange for a fair and honest review, I had a blast.

A WLW MARRIAGE OF CONVENIENCE?! SIGN ME UP. I usually hate it for straight romance but queer one? yes.

tansy is so sweet, I wanna put her into my pocket and protect her at all cost!

Gemma is so bigger than life persona and she didn't deserve any of what she went through growing up.

trauma bonded <3

VICTOR IS SO DESPICABLE

i wanna meet whatever his name is (the grandpa) because he seemed equally funny and terrible.

RONNIE CAN DIE

i really love their relationship. how it all started out of "necessity" but is now real and they're woo-ing each other.

TUCKER. U FUCKER. I swear i can't decide who i hate more in this goddamn family.

SHE WALKED IN THE RAIN TO GET TO GEMMA

i love yvonne and teddy so much 😭 they're so funny and cute and ugh i love them.

chapter 16 is top tier funny

the messages exchanges have my heart ✨️

the gensy 😭 sounds disgusting but it's lavender colored so I'll drink it

LENA AND BROOKS 😂😂 THIS IS SUCH A MESS

the way i will throttled lucy and tucker

the tears when Gemma came to see Tansy and give her the check THE TEARS. 😭

that talk between katherine and tansy!! finally they speak omg I love reconciliation

CHAPTER 22 IN ITS ENTIRETY

i was on the edge of my seat for the last 5 chapters.

this was such a good book. i love the drama and the friendships and the reconciliation between family members. and big fck u to tucker, lucy and victor.
