I can't believe....
I can't believe how many different things this book made me feel. Not only is it hot as hell

Some really good hot scenes and I liked the characters but I found the storyline predictable
DNF I literally have been trying to read this for what feels the longest time and I keep re-reading words and can’t get past page 5. Maybe I’ll try again later lol
A hot, spicy little romance. Jason and Sam are good together. And Richard is a dick.
Graphic: Emotional abuse, Miscarriage, Sexual content, Kidnapping
Moderate: Adult/minor relationship, Sexual assault, Toxic relationship, Vomit, Pregnancy
Minor: Murder

There was no putting this book down once I started it. I went into this not knowing that it was part of a series, and yes, there are a couple of characters who obviously already had their time in the spotlight sharing their own love story, but it was difficult to lament the fact that I didn't get to read the series in order. Why? Because Sam and Jason and their story was simply too engrossing to be distracted from. Sam's past is painful to read, and I'm going to insert a trigger warning here, because there are various forms of abuse that she goes through, so be aware. As much as Sam tells Jason she trusts him, being in a relationship like theirs is something she has very little experience with, especially since her first and last one wasn't really based on love, so there are moments that she reacts without really taking the time to think things through. Jason, too, has his moments wherein he lets his emotions and insecurities get the better of him. Their story is all about them slowly but surely being more open and honest about their pasts and pushing one another to be more trusting. Overall, Disgrace was a good book and has me adding the first five books in the Choices series on my to-be-read list. I'm giving this new erotic romance 4.5 stars. ♥

This is the second book in the series but I did not read the first one. I wish I had read it as I really enjoyed this one and I think it would have just made things more clear but that being said I really did enjoy this one and didn't feel like I was completely in the dark.
I really enjoyed this book and can't wait to back and read the first one and get the next one when it is done!
I really liked Sam and the difficulties that she faced with her past and moving onto the future where she really didn't feel worthy of Jason. Yet she knew how much he loved her and wanted to be happy with him. I loved her afternoon with Sofia trying on dresses and just how discouraged she was until she met the right person.
Jason seems to truly love Sam and would do anything to protect her. I was super worried when he went out with James that something would happen with everything. I know he wouldn't put Sam through that worry on purpose.
I am really looking forward to the next book with the mystery going on and with the little cliff-hanger at the end of this book.
This is the first time I have read this author and it certainly will not be my last!
