This book is unnecessarily lengthy  as you learn whatever u want to learn in the first 100 pages and then read e next 100 patiently waiting. really couldn’t bring myself to sit through it for another 100 pages.

A compact nonfiction book that discusses several types of memory and also looks at Alzheimer’s, showing what normal aging looks like vs. Alzheimer’s. This is a good book to keep on hand as you age when you might need a refresher on what is normal. Excellent!
