Volume 1 of Chew, a silly but very fun comic about a cop who can get all sorts of information from eating things. Often very unpleasant things.
This isn't going to change your life, but I had a lot of fun with it. Worth a read for kicks.

i am still new to graphic novels as a genre and while i liked the idea (enjoyed is a bit too much with how utterly disgusting and down right disturbing some moments of this were!) the execution wasn’t for me nor was the art style (to glunky and for a lack of a better word edgy not the sense that fingers had edged instead of rounded tips, it all felt a bit to clunky and box-y).
but i am sure there are people that will and have absolutely loved this and i can see why. just wasn’t for me.

Not for the faint of heart (or stomach). While definitely a fun read, I struggled not to gag a couple of times.

4.5 stars I liked this one, it was full of action and gory. The story line was interesting and I am for sure am going to read the next one but not just yet. Now I am gonna go back my novel i am half way through. lol.

I loved the writing but hated the art. The writing is compelling enough for me to want to read more. Hoo boy.
