I like this book, it reminds me of faerie books I read when I was younger. It’s an easy read, a bunch of tropes, a page turner, and a nice little twist at the end. It has some similarities to ACOTAR, so if you like that book you might like this. The writing is not stellar, but I can easily look past that for faeries lol

It does have the “I’m just so small and everybody loves me” thing unfortunately🙄

This is all I have to say:

“Callie, I need you. Please. Please don’t go. Wait! Wait to go until I’m dead so that I never have to feel the pain of you leaving.”

adventurous dark mysterious fast-paced

WOW nothing would’ve prepared me for this ending…

I really tried to figure it out and yet was close but still so far to what actually was going on. Speechless
adventurous dark mysterious tense

It was like ACOTAR but bad….
dark slow-paced

This was... ok. The writing was often repetitive, and the first few chapters could have been edited down a bit.

The MFC is very pretty. And it's important that YOU know that. She knows it and is pretty annoying  about it. Every man wants her and gosh its just such a tough life being a self-described Barbie.

The MMC is very hard to like. He spends most of the book trying to kill the FMC. There' s mental and physical torture, non-rape sexual assault, and more. Then suddenly decides he’s obsessed. The enemies to lovers here is a lightswitch, and while there's ways to do it, its not perfect here.

All in all, I didn't hate it, but could be better.
