Amazing book! Had me hooked from start to end, but I got a bit confused by the ending which kind of ruined it a bit but I hope it makes more sense after I’ve read the second book.
Possibly one of the worst books I’ve attempted to read. I DNFed at 42%. Textbook MMC if that textbook had been hacked apart by a bloodthirsty animal. Biggest pick me girl for no good reason. I’m honestly not convinced that AI wasn’t used to write this. Just don’t even bother. Bookstagram guided me poorly.
Definitely a bully romance. Lots of dark elements, damsel in distress vibes. I struggled to finish this book. While there were some interesting elements, it lacked the emotional punch and investment in the character development for me.
