I want to get my review out, but I think, even hours later, that I am too emotionally raw to convey the heartbreak I have experienced reading this book. Bawling...I did more of this in the last two days than I have in a very long time.
I cannot imagine being denied the love of my life just to lose them hours after coming together. Then to be forced to confront that love that can no longer be in the most horrific of ways, The torture Rose has been forced to endure would take out anyone but her strength, her core inner strength, is so inspirational.
Another thing I loved about this book is the realistic way in which the characters are portrayed and deal with situations. This is often overlooked in the most normal of stories, but with a paranormal one, this is a true testament as to the 5 starts I have given. I do not give a lot of 5 starts and the first 3 in this series did not get it, but this book was so much of everything.
