It was nice.
Read this out loud to my kids, it’s the first time I’ve read it, I wasn’t a huge fan. It’s not nearly as good as White’s other classics.

This is a childhood favorite of mine. I loved the idea of this tiny little world existing out of sight of humans.
Stuart Little was another of my favorite books as a child. The story of a "different" little boy born to a normal family who nonetheless loved him and cherished their association with him. He was an adventurous sort, which I suppose appealed to my own desire for something more exciting than normal day to day life. Its one of those timelesa and classic tales that kids would enjoy today as much as I did 40 some-odd years ago. My edition was one of the 1945 copyright editions...I wish I still had it.
I read this when I was pretty young, and I remember enjoying it quite a bit... All the way up to the ending. It kind of just ended and I remember wanting more resolution. Maybe there is a sequel that finished the story, but I think that was my only complaint about it.
