Loved!

I was so excited for this book and it definitely did not disappoint. I loved Dylan and her laid back attitude paired with Cortney who was trying to fit in as the new guy. The Moms and kids made him work for his place in their family and I loved how open and accepting his family was to Dylan and Liam. This was a sweet, fun, and cute story and I cannot wait for the next one!

I am loving the MomComs series so much. Mother Maker, the second book in the series, gives us Courtney and Dylan's story.

Their story is sweet, swoony and full of laughs. I fell in love with Dylan's character in book one. She is loving, caring and chooses to find the positive in every situation life throws at her.

I loved the mental health representation in Courtney's character and how Dylan helps him manage and be a calming force for him.

The growing found family in this series is easily my favourite part of these books. The chaos, the love, and the loyalty in this household is so heartwarming. I love to see the newcomer in each book embrace the chaos and carve out their place within the family.

I am excited to read Shay's story next!

Thank you to Jenni Bara and The Author Agency for the ARC copy of Mother Maker. I am voluntarily leaving an honest review

  • I’m pregnant.
  • Well, Dylan is in Mother Maker, a mom com book by Jenni Bara.
  • So what do you get with 3 best friends, a broody billionaire, and 7 kids? Dylans life. After she and her three best friends decide to love in together to raise their kids, Dylan just needs one night. One night to escape the madness and be a woman first, not a mom. And the hot Catcher who shows up at their house? He’s the man to her woman. When the universe decides to shake things up, 2 lines appear on her pregnancy test.
  • This book is the cute and funny story of a free spirit and an anxious man and the life they create. It’s adorable, has good humor, and is chock full of kids. I loved the way this book ties into the others in the series, even though they are written by different authors. If you like rom coms, surprise pregnancy, or sports romance, then you NEED this book. 4 stars!
