Didn’t like the writing. Seems kinda hateful towards women. The whole badboy that changes for the girl is really forced. The first one was like this but I really thought that it would get less repetitive. The “He really likes her but can’t express ‘till he asks for her help and even then can’t commit”. If you like 2000 romcoms, maybe you will enjoy. I didn’t.
Wonderful story from start to finish, the characters are likeable and interesting.

There were quite a few LOL moments. I also appreciate that less is more; the novel was the perfect length and to the point, despite Cade’s observation. I haven’t read the first book, but it wasn’t necessary in the least to enjoy this one. I recommend.

OMG!! Cade is the most insanely crazy guy. His character will have you in stitches the entire book. The sad thing is Iris is just like him. The chemistry between these two characters is perfectly matched and insanely good. I loved every minute of this funny and highly entertaining read. It is full of smart, stupid things, yeah sounds weird but makes so much sense when you read it in the book.
If you want to be entertained, then this read is what you need. Cade’s antics are crazy but oh so fun.
