This is a book I'll buy. I didn't read it cover to cover but found it a helpful resource. Exactly what I was looking for to learn more about mending! I'll come back to this book again and again when different holes are found in our clothing! The whole book is beautifully illustrated...sometimes I do wish there were pictures as well. Aside from that, a great book.

What a lovely read! Incredibly informative and covered a wide array of frays and holes your garments can earn. This book made me preemptively sentimental for the mending work I’ve yet to do!

I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in teaching themselves how to mend their own clothes. It's a lovely balance between accessible diagrams for different techniques and written portions that get to the heart of mending.
