some great people. some not so great people. a slightly odd wrapping up of things. overall nice, if a bit concerning. interesting to see the discussion about children/birth over the space of a novel!

I really tried, I’m not one to leave books half way. But the writing put me off so much—the internal monologues and the dialogues felt forced and extremely expository.
