As always she knocks it out of the park. Huang’s characters always have relatable character flaws and issues. You can’t help but love the playboy turned lover boy Blake and the sweet innocent girl Farrah. This books opening was different than most. It not only included a lot of background stories on other characters who play roles in the rest of the series. This book started with a break-up instead of the usual third act break-up. So you’re already aware it isn’t a happy ending. But a love store nonetheless.

this was the only Ana Huang book so far that didn't like. Why was the pregnancy and cheating trope needed? I get for like character building but it was not necessary. Cleo is giving bad vibes. also, the series is in a weird order with the first two a duet then 2 standalone.

slow burn

Blake and Farrah are definitely a love story. It felt weird reading the book and it not being told by each character. But the buildup was worth it. I do want to know what happens between them. I hope Chloe is lying . I know it’s horrible but I need the HEA for Blake & Farrah.
