I love the subtle text. Each scene occurs a year or two before the previous one. It's almost like a philanderer's version of Memento. Great script.

The last plays I've been reading were very disappointing so I'm glad I finally found something I enjoyed. I think it was very clever from Pinter to play with the time structure, avoiding the use of linear time sequence. I also liked how even though they are betraying others they feel they get angry when they feel the are been betrayed.

It is well written, and the pauses create an interesting uncomfortable feeling of being an outsider watching something intimate. However, I hate the characters, and I don't believe that it will remain on my memory months after finishing it.
