The first 2/3 or so of this was very slow and a lot of basic stuff about labor I already knew. The last third had some tips that weren't revolutionary but still good to hear.

This should be required reading for anyone who works. And especially those burnt out.

This book was absolutely meant for someone like me. I totally recognize it’s not for everyone, as it speaks more to the working culture in North America.. It tackles workaholism and relying on emails and computers to do a job. Not everyone needs or deals with these tasks in their day-to-day job, but a lot of people do.
I got extremely burnt out from my prior job and this book helped me realize I made unhealthy choices for my career for far too long. It validated a lot for me including the sacrifices I have recently made in order to live a happier and healthier life. It’s great if you’re a freelance business owner, an employee or a boss.. There’s a lot to take away from this book. It resonated a lot with me! Highly recommend!
