I enjoyed the audiobook for this one . I mean the male voices are kind of hard to differentiate but we only mainly get Noah’s POV anyways so I was able to move past it . I really enjoyed learning about the behind the scenes of “TNO”.
Another 3.5 rounded up to a 4 for me. V cute. I wouldn’t have thought I was ready to read something with a huge COVID element (starting this I had no idea that was a plot point), but I think in this case it was done pretty well. At times I felt like the dialogue was hyperfixated on being PC, which is important, but some of it felt kinda superfluous and contrived. I think Sally was written well as a real/normal human woman reflective of how we think/feel/act interacting with men vs cookie cutter romance novel woman. Overall would recommend for a quick, light, enjoyable read :)

I’m pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this one. The (probably) silly reasons for losing a star: chapters this long should just be called parts, I don’t recall there being any cases of COVID-19 in Texas in February 2020, and chapter two being mostly e-mails started to drag a little bit. But overall, it was a fast and entertaining read that felt plausible.
Here for the SNL behind the scenes story and a romance book where the characters actually talk to each other any their feelings (eventually).
