infinitamente mejor que delirium
aunque siento el romance sumamente precipitado
la parte distópica es muy buena
con una narrativa ágil e interesante

After reading Delirium, I knew I had found a new favorite young adult trilogy. Lauren Oliver's second book does not disappoint. It's a quick read with a bit more action and suspense than the previous novel as the main character, Lena, explores the Wilds and learns more about the Resistance. I enjoyed getting to know her new characters and all the twists in this book. I wasn't crazy about the switch in chapters between "then" and "now" or the new budding romance between certain characters. The ending was amazing! That was one big reveal that I did not see coming!!! I can't wait to devour the third novel!

If you liked my review, please check out my blog: www.beccaswainfromauburn.wordpress.com. I try to review a new fiction and nonfiction selection each week.

"You might as well get used to it now," she says with quiet intensity. "Everything you were, the life you had, the people you knew...dust."

After the cliffhanger ending of Delirium; Lena is having to adjust to a new world. What she finds, learns and who she encounters sends her reeling at every turn. How much is a girl supposed to take?? I mean ... that ending!!? How was she supposed to know?? What was she supposed to do, wait indefinitely??? SMDH... I think not. Love does make you crazy, though....

Entertaining. I wonder if I'm getting burned out on dystopian YA novels though. This didn't grab me by the collar and shake me, though it did keep me up an hour past my bedtime.
