I'm not sure if I'm the only one who felt this way or if I am overanalyzing it because of how the narrator sounds while reading. Still, I felt like Becca didn't deserve the dedication Fenniz had, and she got off on the fact that he was obsessed and cared so deeply for her. I couldn't tell you how her voice plays into it, but it did for me, and it gave me a weird feeling.
Regardless, I stand on Fennix being the cutest person in this universe. A man who will dedicate their time and energy to make someone their own claw machine game and send them gifts and wanting for nothing in return is an angel. This man just wanted love and affection after being deprived of it in his childhood, and that person was Becca. Do I wholeheartedly agree with it? Maybe not, but I do love that he got that.

This book was a 4.7 read for me. Wish there was more plot, but man, these characters I fell. I def fell for her stalker. Nix was and is everything I want in a book boyfriend.
This book has a lot of the heavy issues.
I have been eyeing this book for a while not really sure why I never gave it a shot but I am glad I picked it up, because wow the story is intense but it still sucked me in.
Mercy and Becca were meant to not only meet but be each other’s person.
I might not have agreed with Becca’s mother at times and but I did like that she cared.
Protection or Stocking you decide I felt it was protection even with the game because he didn’t have any malice intent in his actions.
Animal is awesome and I hope we get his book.

Holy. This was so cringe. Straight out of watt pad. A lot of brain and religious analogies. Just weird. Most times, I wondered if this should have been Animal x Nix romance. And tattooing her face??
I listened to this book on Audible and Mercy is like so perfect. He was adorable and self conscious and I loved that the FMC didn’t judge him for his face tattoos and only saw the man beneath.

This was my first time reading anything by this author and it will NOT be my last. Oh my goodness I could not put this book down and was super pissed when I had to stop reading to take care of my family. Seriously what's the point of having a husband if your kids never ask them to do anything. PS children daddy can get you a snack out of the pantry just as easy as mommy can. Ok now back to this amazing book. It was such a great read, and the love from folks who may not have been blood family but said forget the world and I will chose my family was so sweet.

Stalking, touch her and "unalive" vibes. This book was so good. The insa-love just isn't one of my favorite tropes, but this book was so damn good it didn't even matter to me. I want a Mercy in my life, how can I sign up?
