I have never read anything by this duo, but I love mysteries and thrillers and I have heard great things about their books. Avery is a therapist with a very specific method in her work - 10 sessions, in and out. If her clients do not cooperate with her methods, their time is done. Marissa hears about Avery's method and wants help with her marriage to Matthew. They seem like the golden couple, but there is much more going on. Whistleblowing, stalking, secrets, lies, and coverup - who has the corner on the truth in this book? This was a fast-paced thriller with many twists and turns, and I can't wait to read more by this writing team. It would be great to read more books with Avery as well! I give this 4.5 stars.

Kind of predictable twist and the characters were so boring I didn't even care what the heck happened to them lol I did like how all the characters were connected somehow
