Wow, just wow. I am crying.

After losing my own grandma 2 years ago, pain never really goes away.

This was gorgeously illustrated, story was heartbreaking and beautiful.

This was one of the most heartwarming simultaneously heartbreaking stories I've read in a very long time. It was just so beautifully tragic. I'm at a loss for words because it was just so good.

This hit very close to home 😭
The art style is beautiful! It depicted the characters's feelings very well — the dialogs are very minimal, and weren't even needed to give depth to the story as a lot of the pages are only sketches.
The story made me quite emotional at parts, but I wasn't a big fan of the ending.

Forget Me Not by Alix Garin was incredible and I devoured it in a day! The art is simply amazing and a graphic novel was the best way to tell this story.

My favorite parts were when the main character and her grandmother reach the field with the forget-me-nots and also the ending that was emotional but also liberating.

Due to some nudity and violence this would be a good fit for mature audiences.

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for providing an ARC in exchange for my honest review.
