A very light-hearted and easy read. Just as the title says, these are not four extravagant stories, but stories of everyday life.
Lovely ! Just the pick me up I needed. These inspirational stories remind you to dream big and appreciate the simple things in life at the same time. Yu'er is a little gem.

Very cute graphic novel centering around a few characters living in the same neighborhood. Each story focuses on a different character, and you get the feeling of togetherness and neighborly love from this graphic novel. The art is so cute, and the colors fit the mood of the book very well. My only complain is that since each chapter is just a snippet of each character, you don't get to know each character in depth. It feels there's a lot missing, and I wish the author had focused on one character for a whole volume that was you get the full conflict and resolution for each character.

Heartwarming story about Yu'er the little girl who lived with her Grampa and her wonderful experiences. There are four stories in the book; Yu'er Dreams, Bug Paradise, The Letter, and Kids at Heart. My favorite would be The Letter due to overwhelming cute I felt after reading that story. It tells how Grampa and Gramma meet also the exchange stamp part makes me melted. Gorgeous graphic as well bless your eyes.
