Not my favorite of this series, but it was good to visit with Lestat again.

a bit slow in places, but damn, what a story. the more of this series i read, the more i fully realize how groundbreaking it was for modern vampire fiction. i loved the twins, and the way their story tied in with akasha was very interesting. lestat is an annoyingly lovable bastard as always, and louis is much more likable than he was in his own novel lmao.

but the real showstopper was the much-discussed devil's minion chapter. holy shit y'all. i adored it. daniel, you fascinating boy.

i get why Anne loved Lestat so much now

If you like 80s rock, Egyptian vampires and chaotic drama, this book is for you!

Amazing ! I loveeeedddd all the history!
dark reflective slow-paced

unfortunately, i did not like this book as much as the others, the storyline was pretty good but it wasn't as good as the first two, i believe it might be because it focused on a lot of different points of view.
