I definitely wasn’t expecting some of the scenes that popped up. For such a short novella it definitely packed quite a few punches. I do love that he would kill for her, the stalker vibes, wearing a mask, chasing her, etc. I could have done without the ex boyfriend and what he was into. Not something I care to really read about, even if it was just a short part. Otherwise it was a short and dark and smutty novella to read.
