Like eating potato chips. And I don't mean that pejoratively!
Quick thriller, perfect for a vacation read.

Great pacing, great mix of history and fiction, really captured my attention on the concept of "rat lines." It was one of those books that immediately had me thinking how I could tear it apart and turn it into something interesting at the gaming table.

I'd never read this before or seen the film so I had no idea what it was about - although the SS insignia on the cover of my copy was a hint. It's an extremely tense read and quite fascinating, it's weird to remember how loads of the post-war 'ex-Nazis' were... not that old when I was born. (I knew this obviously, but still odd.) Anyway there's a surprising amount of driving in this  (!) and also it reminds you how 'men' and 'women' were written in spy thrillers of the sixties and seventies.

This fiction reads like a non-fiction book. It has to do with an organization called Odessa and Hitler's Final Solution.

Sooo informative. One of the first (if only) thrillers I ever picked up, and it wasn't even intentional. Just found the book and was bored. Am currently reccing it to everyone. The amount of exclamation marks....the plot twists. The fact that it's all real? Insane.

My first Federick Forsyth and definitely not my last. I really enjoyed this very well crafted thriller.
