Das Buch schafft es zurecht in die Top 3 der schlechtesten Bücher, die ich dieses Jahr gelesen habe. Wenn es nicht sogar zu den miesesten gehört, die ich JEMALS gelesen habe. Zudem ist die Geschichte auch noch so furchtbar unoriginell, dass ich jede Minute als verschwendet betrachte, in der ich das Buch gelesen habe.
Die Figuren sind allesamt so brunzblöd, dass es mich wirklich wundert, weshalb die Engel den Kampf nicht schon längst verloren haben. So dumm und untätig wie die alle sind.
Dieser Schmarrn ergibt von vorne bis hinten einfach keinen Sinn. Größere Paranormal Romance Scheiße habe ich ja (fast) noch nie gelesen und dabei scheint mir das sogar das Genre zu sein, was fast ausschließlich sinnfreien Quatsch hervorzubringen scheint...

This is a great book if your in the mood for a little romance story. I did enjoy this book, but I will have to add some bad points about it too. First off, Xavier; I'm sorry but I could not keep saying his long name throughout the whole book I just think the name didn't fit. I did enjoy all of the flirting scenes they were cute but were not original. It felt like this is just another story about teen romance. Another thing was I thought Bethany was a little too plain for me. I wish she had a better personality. Also, I wish there was more action like the car accident scene. It was very slow up till Jake came into the picture. Other than that I enjoyed the book: It kept me occupied when I wanted space from reality. I will be reading the second one just to find out it Bethany has to go back to Heaven.

It had it's bad moments and i read the other half of the book about 2 months ago so I will just say it wasn't the best but I'll read the rest of the books.
love,love,love this book one of the best boooks that ive ever read. i love the way that she ( the author) phrases an chooses to say things i think is inspiring. i als love the wa she makes me feel that the whole story is ppossible.

I wish I could give this 3 and half. A full star for her Angel mythology, I had to suspend all of my beliefs about Angels. She would have fallen as soon as she loved someone more than God.

I have reread this book so many times I have forgotten where I first found it. I love this book, and while it needs more inclusivity as literally everyone is white and straight, it’s a nice story. While I’m now an adult and I judge the main character Bethany Church for making really stupid decisions, the story is a nice sunny afternoon read. There’s not much else to say about it.
