Method: ebook
Rating: 5/5 stars
H rating: 5/5 - Silas. Oh you and your sweet heart! It was so nice seeing you get your HEA as #1.
h rating: 4.5/5 - Felicity. That ice queen impression really hurt a lot of people, but you stuck to turning your life around and even when it got tough, you never gave up! So proud of you!
Drama: 4/5 - From meddling fathers to douche ex's and some mafia stuff. Great amount of drama.
Thoughts: Can I just start with how much I love these names! Not your average everday kinda names and I love it!

I have to admit I was worried about getting Felicity's story. She makes a brief appearance in book one and it wasn't a favorable appearance. I wasn't sure how the author was going to get me to like her after that. On top of that, I loved Sila's character so I was already thinking he deserved someone better.
What I learned is that I never should have doubted Devney Perry. When it came time to Felicity and Sila's story, Felicity was on the road to self improvement and forgiveness. I can actually relate to what she was trying to do. I think we all can relate to wanting to be a better person. I have been where Felicity was by trying to suppress my knee jerk reactions to situations. I ended up really liking her character in this book.
The one that really surprised me is Silas. I was really expecting him to go after Felicity like the Alpha male he was. Instead he went slow and steady. I get why due to their past but I will admit, I'm an impatient person and I wanted him to take charge. Despite that, I still very much enjoyed this book. Silas is one of my favorite male characters whether he is laid back or Alpha strong.
This whole series has been a pleasure to read. I love the small town feel. I love all the side characters and I love that we are still getting to read about the couples from the previous books. I'm really looking forward to Beau's story next!

I usually enjoy Devney Perry's books but this was painfully boring.
I could not connect to the characters, the conflict was thin and it felt tedious rather than heartwarming.

I did not think I would end up being a Felicity fan but was proven wrong in the end.
I enjoyed her redemption throughout this book and loved her for Silas.
No shocker here that I adored yet another Devney Perry MMC and swooned over his love for Felicity.
LOVE Paxton and hope to see more of him in the future.

I love reading these interconnected standalones. The people of Jamison Valley become your family. I really enjoyed reading Felicity and Silas’s story. I loved how Felicity didn’t let Elliott get to her. She held her own. The suspenseful moments kept me turning the pages. The ending was perfect.

This has been my least favourite book in the series so far. Writing is fabulous but I didn't like or care about the heroine. So my stars are based on the writing.
