Awful...just awful. Boring and unbelievable. Glad it was a freebie from Amazon!

I feel like maybe this guy is maybe too smart and too lucky. The book would be more suspenseful if you thought he could fail.

Alternative title should be How Deus Ex Machina Saved My Ass. It was a quick enjoyable read and good if you didn’t think about the plot too hard! Also don’t think about the science or any of the medical stuff or that pesky thing called chain of custody too hard either... You just have to get through the beginning where the first case is solved and there’s no evidence (that anyone in this story or the reader is aware of) that will give the required inconsistency to continue the plot

Amazing

As a biologist I was immediately drawn to this book very quickly. I love a good mystery that doesn't get medical or court like.

Best way to say is that this professor uses computers to make models of plants, animals, places, people and everything else you can think of in an environment. Everything time a new set of data comes up, he'd plug it in. In the end these models put forth ideas of what may happen next.

Mad botany skills are used frequently which would entertain a science reader.

Loved it. Page turner and couldn't break away. This from a magician was not what I expected! Watching to sequel.

Meh. Fine, but nothing particularly thrilling

This book was a complete bore. I found the writing to be extremely elementary. The author tended to write a paragraph about what the narrator was thinking and then go on and on and on until the same thought came out in the next page. It was very odd and I had to stop reading after my head spinning and thinking "I could be reading something I actually enjoy"

This books is not interesting, not thrilling and needs a better editor.
