so ridiculous. i want more

Overhyped for sure. The plot overall was pretty unrealistic. However, each *twist* did keep me reading to try and figure this outland-ish mess out. The 2 women were idiots. I’m sorry lol this just wasn’t it for me.

The TPE thing was just bizarre and it just kept dragging on and on to the point where I was like wtf is going on. It was alright. Quick easy read but there are better thrillers out there.

This was definitely an interesting read, I read it in a day and was really drawn into the story, until about the last quarter of the book. I really felt for Hazel, but that portion of the book felt really rushed.
The comraderie between Lee and Hazel was sweet, I wish we would've got to see them together more, but understandable that wouldn't have necessarily been cohesive to the plot.
I did feel like I connected to the characters well, I felt their fear and their anger.
Overall it was a good summer read, kept me reading, even if it did feel a bit rushed and there was a lot going on!
