it was fine, I think the whole conceit of using articles for the first portion was a little too all over the place for me though.
A really fun read, and I liked it even better than her other book I've read, "Today Will be Different". Really enjoyed the epistolary style of the book and the characters felt so real and tangible to me (which is my number one marker of good writing).
I was so gagged by this book. I loved the format where it was like a book in a book but mostly made up of other sources. I loved the mother-daughter relationship portrayed. I loved the narration and the characters. But it kind of lost me at the end, it felt a little underwhelming? But I still did read the entire book in less than a day so do what you will with that

I stayed engaged the whole book but something about it just wasn’t for me. I enjoyed it more because I lived in the Seattle area for a while so I felt connected in a way but the characters did not grab me and frankly I disliked all of them a bit.

The way that this book was made up by emails and articles and notes was super cool. my only complaint was that it was a bit slow in the beginning but the middle to end more than made up for it in my opinion

I love this book with all my heart. Anything that makes me laugh out loud gets at least 4 stars, but this is all that and then some. Perfect satire with so much heart.
