As usual, fantastic. Relatable, vulnerable, beautiful, honest, hilarious - the author puts her heart and soul out there for all of us to feel a little less lonely.

p.s. I also met the author in person at a festival and she is the sweetest. She showed me her cat on her phone, can confirm that the cat was exactly as one would imagine.

I am so excited to read another Sarah’s Scribbles. Every page brings me LOL giggles and pure joy. She seems to capture everyday life, a woman’s thoughts, and the mishaps of loving a cat in every little square illustration. This addition to her collection meets all expectations.

My teen daughter and I love Sarah's books, and I bought her the whole collection for Christmas. This one is just as funny and I can't wait to go back and reread the rest.

Note: I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. All of the opinions are my own and this did not affect my review in any way.

Ever since I read Adulthood is a Myth I have been obsessed with the author and her work, so when I got the opportunity to read and review her latest work I knew I had to take it.

Oddball explores the evils of procrastination, the trials of the creative process, the cuteness of kittens, and the beauty of not caring about your appearance as much as you did when you were younger.

In reality there isn’t anything truly outstanding about this book, it is just a comic about everyday things that all of us has done at one point or another. Don’t go into this comic expecting some kind of plot or order, you won’t find any. What you will find though is a hilarious collection of comic strips that are able to capture what it is like to be human and flawed in just a few pages.

The best part for me about this comic is that it is extremely relatable. I could picture myself in almost all of these scenarios and I laugh out loud multiple times while making my way through this book.

I recommend this comic if you are looking for a past, quick, pick me up that will make you smile all the way through. This is the definition of a feel good book because even though the comic is about the author and her “struggles” you are able to connect and relate which makes the reading experience so much more fun.

This comic won’t take you more than 1 hour to read so I truly recommend for you to pick it up and give it a go, it’s totally worth it and the art style is amazing.

Thanks so much to the author, publisher and Netgalley for allowing me read and review this book.
