This was a really sweet book, I love that it came from WattPad and was finally published. A nice lighthearted hockey romance compared to my usual dark hockey romance which was refreshing. I could have done without the multiple miscommunication fights but I am glad that the fights were quick and didn’t take too much of the book.

I would have loved to give it four stars, I did enjoy this book but there were a lot of confusing points. The characters would bring something up about a previous conversation that wasn’t shown. I got lost a couple of times and debated going backwards to make sure I didn’t misread anything

This should not have been 600 pages. It draaaaaaaaaaagged. Bailey was also such a boring FMC. Also, there were so many loose ends that I don’t get why they were even introduced??

Really wish more had happened with the sex tape scandal. It felt like the book was building to that and out of 600 pages, hardly any time was spent on it. It was over and resolved so quick

this book could, and should, have been a hell of a lot shorter. that said, i liked how they handled most of the plot points. some of them felt very rushed over. chase carter remains one of the best book boyfriends ever
