Bem fácil de ler e explicado para o público leigo, cheio de curiosidades e com bastante informação relevante até para a saúde. Só vi alguns pontos que parecem um pouco exagerados ou mais baseados em hype do que em pesquisa, como a parte de toxoplasmose e alguns pontos sobre o microbioma. Mas um bom livro em geral.
