SEXUALITY IS NOT A CHOICE!! I just read a 1200 page book on how to have hetero sex while avoiding pregnancy... I would never CHOOSE this!!! (No offense to my boyfriend, I just can't believe how much less stressful my life would be if I didn't have to think about not accidentally getting pregnant)

Anyway if you also regrettably engage in heterosexual intercourse, this is a great book to learn more about at what points during your menstrual cycle you should be taking more caution. Or maybe you are not having hetero sex but you ARE trying to get pregnant! Or maybe you just wanna learn more about the menstrual cycle! Whatever the case, this book has got you covered!

Not sure I'll become a FAM/NFP evangelist, but I learned a lot from this book and am glad I read it

The is a great educational book for tracking your cycle. I would say if you plan on using FAM for birth control, this is a good start. I found an instructor to be helpful for a few months after reading this. Also found some groups on social media that are helpful as well. Be sure to really read this and get a good understanding of how it works. Try it out for a few months before relying on the method fully. You can download tracking charts on her website as well. I read this for purpose of birth control not fertility charting. This *IS NOT THE RHYTHM METHOD*. This is much more effective, in depth, and backed by research.

This book was very informative. I didn't like the author's tone sometimes; she said "obviously" a lot, and I didn't think that was very useful. But it was overall helpful and I'm pregnant now, so I guess it works.

This was an informative book to help with tips & tricks for getting pregnant. I wish I had read it earlier in my fertility journey because many of these tips I’m just now starting to implement! That said, I really just found the pregnancy chapter the most helpful, and skimmed through the rest, as it was repetitive. To my surprise, it was a lot more uplifting than I expected and I walked away feeling more hopeful than ever.
