I forget that I really do like cozy mysteries even though I don't read them all that often. This one contains magical cats and books. Could it be made more for me? Probably not.
Summer time is my time for trashy reading, so I was not expecting much from a murder mystery involving "magical cats." Imagine my surprise when I found myself truly enjoying this book. I have even requested the next book in the series. Is this a deep, thoughtful, award winning novel; no, but it was perfect reading material to while away a summer day on the porch.
