I did it! I finished my first cozy and now I’m hooked. Everything was so nice, and warm, and definitely cozy. I just wanted to stay in the world with the characters and get to know everybody a bit more. Thankfully there’s many more books in this series. This specific novel, however, will have the unique place in my heart as the one that started my obsession with cozies.
everyone should read this terrible, hilarious, and amazing book and if you don't have time for then please please please read the goodreads reviews I promise you won't regret it.
This was a great light cozy mystery. I enjoyed the characters and their relationships. I can't wait to read the developments of Kathleen and the detective. I'm going to continue the story because of the mystery of the cats. I love series like this that have main plot but raises questions so you need to finish the series.
This was a doubly enjoyable read for me, seeing as how cats are my favorite furry companions and paranormal one of my favorite reading subjects. I'm very happy to find a new, fun series to follow.
This was an ADORABLE read! I assume we are going to actually get into the magical cats aspect soon but it is very vague in this first book. I am looking forward to the next in the series, maybe things will be explained in more detail. For now, this was a fun cozy mystery - my favorite type of mystery - so even if the magical cat part was not well explained, the story was enjoyable. :-)

The cat thing is a bit odd but overall I enjoyed the story line.
I loved this book. It was an easy read, with enjoyable characters, a good mystery and delightful cats. The 'magical cats' theme was very low key to the point it felt natural the way we feel our pets communicate with us. Can't wait to start the next one.

I enjoyed this book. There were a lot of characters introduced at once and it was hard to keep track of them. This is very similar to the Sofie Ryan series where not much happened in the first half then everything happened in the last half. That being said, this is the 8th book I've read of hers so I still enjoy it.
