I'm not usually one for reading romance books, but I'm a huge fan of Giovanna Fletcher. I'm a sucker for happy endings and feeling all gooey in a relationship and this hit the nail on the head. I didn't enjoy it as much as Billy and Me, but I'm a bigger fan of relationship origin stories. Nice one G!

I really enjoyed Gi's first books and found myself really intrigued but around 1/3 of the way through I didn't have the same feeling I used to.
I found myself getting quite bored and almost not picking it back up again. The book really focused on what a lot of the first was about and felt like more of a recap than a sequel.
The narration spelled it all out for the reader and made it all quite predictable and I felt as though I could skip a chapter or so and still know exactly what was happening.
Apart from this, the sequel of how Sophie grew as a character really was the best part of the book and I this was the only part I felt like I really enjoyed and will remember when I think back to this novel.
I hope I can continue to read Gi's book and that she really creates some different and interesting characters.

Such a good read! I really had no idea what to expect of this sequel but I was excited and rightly so, as I loved it just as much as Billy and Me!

Really thought this book was going to end differently than it did. Had a review in my head ready but I'm glad the book ended how it did and not how I imagined it was going yo end. Hope it's not last we hear of Billy and Sophie and their families

I disliked this even more than Billy and Me. Sophie is such a whiny character. For someone who seems to dislike drama, she marvellous at causing it and blowing things out of proportion. Poor billy. Only redeeming factor in this and the main reason I continued was for Sophie’s mum and Colin!
