This was a random pick for me and I enjoyed it. I felt the characters were written so well, both Helen and Cassandra were strong protagonists, neither pov outshined the other. The world felt real and alive with the pacing of the book being relatively decent, taking a slow approach as to allow us time to be get to know the characters. However one of my big criticisms is that I found towards the end it was too drawn out so the already slowish pace felt like it had stalled for a few chapters which made me feel frustrated with how long it was taking to get to the climax of the book

Really enjoyed it. Though the pacing was a bit off. Idk how to explain it exactly, but it was a little difficult, for me atleast, to keep track of how much time passes between scenes sometimes. That threw me off, but otherwise really enjoyed it.
