I'm combining my review for these two books since they belong to the same series. It's a great choice for kids, offering valuable morals, and suitable for anyone (of any age) navigating an emotional read or a reading slump. Despite mixing up the order, it didn't bother me much. The cozy feel, stunning art, and diverse characters in human form made it a solid read. If there were more to this series, I'd eagerly continue. While not a 5-star favorite, it's still really good—solid 4 stars (no more half-stars in my ratings).
