Hot, Hot, Hot

Loved the chemistry and love between Angela and Ryan. They both found love when they needed it and deserved it.

Absolutely hated Ryan and it ruined the book for me lol.

Swoon worthy. Ryan Boye’ is the bad boy who met his match in Angela Strickland. The Strickland Sisters are messed up because of their fathers mistakes, while Ryan has condemned himself to the dog house, believing all he’ll ever be is a dawg sniffing tail.

Can the two of them get beyond their pasts and give one another a chance to show that love is for everyone? Why are you still reading this, when you can be downloading, or buying a copy of this five star gem?

As usual, Alexandria created characters that make you fall in love with them and want them to succeed in love and life in general. Ryan and Angie were both perfectly flawed, as well as the supporting cast, but they all made sense together. Great book.

It had so much potential but the writing wasn’t amazing honestly

I love Alexandria House and have never read a book of hers that I did not love until this one. Unfortunately, I really could not connect with this love story a all. I chose not to DNF because I rarely do once I commit to a book, but this one was not good to me at all.

I was did not love the love story or the narrators in this book. I thought the Creole accent of the narrator was really bad and it did not sound like a Louisiana accent at all and the accent was not consistent at all. I also was not connected to the characters. Outside of the horrible accent of Ryan, his character also didn’t really demonstrate player demeanor. I just felt it was all unbelievable and very boring.

I found myself more interested in the side stories, like the mom and dad’s divorce and the sisters’ marital issues.

I would give this book a 2.5 stars but for the sake of Goodreads, I'll round up to a 3 star.

Love them!

Not sure how I never reviewed this book after having read it at least five times but I have to make sure I do. Alexandria has a way of making characters that are so endearing and realistic and Angie and Ryan are no exception. I love them together! Nicky is by far my fav and I can’t wait for her story.

Good As Always!!

It’s already a guarantee that an Alexandria House novel is going to be good. This was no exception. Well written, excellent character development, and a storyline that holds your interest. There are some things that I still have questions about. But I guess that’s the point of having another book after this one. All in all, a great read that I’d recommend.
