ARC review, but the book is out!

I adored these two, Alex and George. The dynamic, the banter and chemistry between them was marvellous.

The story is sweet. The kink is delicious, omg! Hot hot. The praise and the aftercare were sublime. Just the way I like it. My bookish friends got random quotes and spicy flashes, because I want to share when I am this excited!

I loved the setting and the side characters. Fae is a gifted and highly skilled writer, in my opinion. I am instantly immersed into the story. I know where I am and with whom. Promptly interested and invested.

At 60 procent mark and onwards, I did wish this book was edited a little bit tighter. Although it never was exactly repetitive, some sentiments and situation didn't evolve. Otherwise it would have been a full shiny 5 fat stars.

As always, I drop everything I’m reading when Fae has a new book out. This did not disappoint. Alex and George are just precious and I want to keep them in my pocket.

Their relationship was emotional to read, a roller coaster of emotions. Seeing both of their fears and insecurities rear up and then be taken care of so gently was such a cathartic read.

I adore every chapter and love these two dearly. And this setting for a week long wedding was just perfection. I loved all the other family members we got to meet and would. Ugh. Seriously just love.

I was so excited for this one and it started off so, so well. The airport meetcute was a lot of fun.
Unfortunately that's where the fun ended for me. The more I saw of Alex, the more I disliked him.
And I absolutely hated the friends and family matchmaking bit.
Not for me. DNF.

I couldn’t get enough of these two. Both are lovable idiots. Because they got to be their true selves with each other. I love how their family set them up. And they have so much in common. George has grown so much and became able to finally be himself without shame. Alex also realize that he is not too much for somebody. And that he can be himself without fear. The chemistry between these two are crazy. I like how both realize that they can both have a happy ending, no matter what.
