Cloudy with a Chance of Bad Decisions
aka the hilarious, horny, surprisingly wholesome romcom I didn’t know I needed.

This book had me laughing, swooning, and blushing. Sometimes all at once. It feels like you’re living inside the story with the characters. No time jumps, just vibes, healing, and banter.

We’ve got:
🔹 Size queen grumpy blonde
🔹 Huge and hung sunshine
🔹 He wears panties
🔹 He calls him Duchess
🔹 A little BDSM

Every steamy scene was chef’s kiss. More than the spice though, I loved the moments about recovery after toxic relationships, learning to be vulnerable again, and choosing the people who make you feel like yourself.

Some quotes that made me laugh out loud:
🗯 “Do you name all inanimate objects? Or just the ones you fuck yourself with?”
🗯 “Stop it, heart, you traitorous whore.”
🗯 “Bossy-Mc-Cutie-Pie” 😭

I loved Georgie and Alex!

Cloudy with a Chance of Bad Decisions by Fae Quin is an absolute summer must-read. This MM romance swept me off my feet with its perfect blend of humor, heat, heart, and one of the most memorable meet-cutes I’ve read in a long time.

George is coming home to Ohio for the first time in eight years for his ex’s wedding. (Yes, you read that right!) But don’t worry, it’s not messy, their families have been lifelong neighbors and they parted as friends. What George didn’t expect was to meet a charming stranger in the wildest way possible… who just so happens to be the bride’s twin brother. Cue the meddling families and forced proximity wedding week chaos, and you’ve got yourself the perfect setup for a deliciously slow-burn romance.

This book had everything I love: meddling but well-meaning families, a week of wedding shenanigans, emotional healing, and characters who learn that it’s okay to be a little messy and imperfect. Once the spice kicks in, it definitely delivers but what truly stuck with me were the quiet, heartfelt moments of vulnerability and connection.

If you’re looking for a romance that balances swoony and spicy with laugh-out-loud humor and genuine emotional depth, this one is it.
