Soooo good! Literally my favorite TV show, so I was more than excited to read it and see how much the show actually covered the book, and I’m very impressed. It was so well-written, and there was enough suspense and hidden information to keep me on the edge of my seat. I was trudging through the chapters from the POV of Dolarhyde. Hated that. Otherwise, really good. I will be reading the rest of this series.
i would say Will Graham is my poor little meow meow, but i hate the way he treats his wife so. a lot more discussion of genital mutilation in this book than i expected but still good. my favorite part is when a guy eats a painting. iconic.

I watched the movie first, but I genuinely enjoyed the book more. Definitely worth my time
